Once you bring your new puppy home, we strongly recommend scheduling a veterinary examination within 10 days. If your vet finds that your puppy is clinically ill or has suffered an injury or illness that likely occurred before you took ownership, you have the following options:

• Full Refund: Return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Puppy Exchange: Exchange your puppy for one of equal value.
• Reimbursement: Keep your puppy and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary expenses, up to the amount of the purchase price.

2. Inherited or Hereditary Defects:
If, within 30 days of purchase, your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic or hereditary health issue, or if the puppy passes away due to such an issue, we will offer the following options:

• Full Refund
• Puppy Exchange
• Reimbursement for Veterinary Expenses (up to the purchase price)

To qualify for any of these options, we ask that you promptly notify us of the condition. You must provide us with the contact information of your vet and their official diagnosis within two business days of receiving the veterinary certificate. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your health guarantee.
